The ADG736BRMZ-REEL is a monolithic CMOS device that contains four, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switches. It is designed to operate from a single +2.7 V to +5.5 V power supply. This device features low on-resistance (RON) of 125 Ω (max) and low power consumption of 4 μA (max). The ADG736BRMZ-REEL operates over the extended -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
